1. In terms of cancellation, passengers must coordinate with those in charge of their bookings in advance.
2. Passengers must express their requests and reasons for cancelling via email together with an account number. The email must be the same email address registered in the website.
3. Due to the fact that Iranian hotels don’t work under same laws and subject to change every so often, hotel’s law gets inquired after cancellation request. Based on the law, 15% commission of the reservation system will be subtracted and the remainder will be refunded to passengers. The refunding procedure takes 10-day working time because the money is transferred to the hotel’s account after reservation and thus refunding it takes a while.
4. In case of not observing the terms and conditions of online booking, Samita would take no responsibility for refunding the reservation fee.
